No gatekeeping.

No needing to “know someone.”

Just women helping women learn, ride, explore, wrench, connect, and race.

Because the interest is already there. The entry point should be too.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Destiny Dillow, founder of Wandering Recklessly.

After years of traveling the country in my RV, exploring OHV areas, attending off-road events, and falling deeper in love with the sport, I realized how difficult it can be for women to figure out where they belong or how to get started.

Wandering Recklessly grew from my own desire to race into something much bigger: creating the entry point I wish I had.

My mission is to connect women, share knowledge and opportunities, eliminate gatekeeping, and build a community where more women can confidently find their place in off-roading, from their first ride to the starting line.

    We connect women with the people, knowledge, events, education, and opportunities that help turn “I don’t know where to start” into “Holy shit, I’m doing it.”

  • No gatekeeping. Period.
    Share the event. Teach what you know. Answer the question. Make the introduction. Help the woman behind you. We believe creating more opportunities for women makes the entire off-road community stronger.
